Photoshop units of "measure" tool

When i use the measure tool i get a non CM measurement on the upper ribbon whereas on info window i get the right measurement (on CM)
How can i set the measurements units to CM on the upper ribbon as well?

Untick the Use Measurement Scale beside the measurement on the top bar.
