Can you suggest me any good thorough resources about Gestalt and gestalt psychology?
Thank you!
If it came across dismissive, that was not my intention.
However, I do think it is important to learn many different facets though. If you come across one of them in the early stages it is very easy to think it is a panacea. It is great that gestalt was a plateau trigger for you. For me, I had a similar thing early on with de bono and lateral thinking. I came across it as a student and thought I’d found the holy grail. Of course, later on you learn other approaches. They are all facets and none are single cure-alls.
Again, it goes back to what I originally said about not stopping and continuing to learn and grow.
I don’t know enough about gestalt, as perhaps I should and maybe this will make me go and read a bit deeper. You never know, it may prove to be another eureka moment for me too.
Who knows, I may end up actually knowing what I am talking about!
