Do you want an answer or are you directing people to that link for other reasons?
Due to the answers given online, I’d deinstall the ink cartridges, unplug the unit for 10 minutes, plug it back in, turn it on and then reinstall the ink cartridges.
You say you modified the ink cartridge. Non-OEM inks? You’re on your own.
