RIP: The Necrology Thread

99! What a wonderfully long life. RIP Larry

F Troop was my favorite show when I was barely old enough to watch television. I just realized I can still sing almost the entire theme song to myself.

Apparently he was the last living main cast member of the series. Calamity Jane, played by Melody Patterson, was one of my (out of heaven knows how many) crushes.

I hadn’t heard about James either :frowning:

I like James Caan, but not enough to hero-worship him.

David Warner

You may not know the name, but he was one of the finest actors of his generation.

Cheers David

RIP David … a great actor indeed

Couldn’t agree more. He was brilliant in Sam Peckinpah’s “The Cross of Iron” and “Straw Dogs”.

Aww :frowning: RIP Tony  One of my favorite shows as a kid. I can remember always wanting to live in a house that had a big kitchen table to eat breakfast and lunch and a big Dining room for fancy dinners with “the good dishes”. I always wanted to have milk in a fancy glass too … but no one I knew trusted giving little kids anything in glass  It was Tupperware or Dixie cups for us :stuck_out_tongue:

Aww … RIP Wilf
