Searching for digital magazine collection website

Hi,
Does anyone here have a link to a collection of magazines? I want to use it as inspiration. Years ago I posted on the forum regarding this and someone gave me a great website. But now i can’t remember the name of the website and I no longer have the web address

If you are in the US and you have a decent public library, check their online resources. My library has digital subscriptions to 1900 magazines, including Computer Arts magazine, and over 50 magazines dealing with photography. I can log in with my library card and read any of them.
