Sure did..I smoked them 2 weeks ago over charcoal and some kind of hardwood. I ate most of them almost immediately but these I happen to chuck in the freezer. I through them in the oven tonight to kinda finish them off and they were outstanding.

Nice! I enjoy smoking meats, myself. But we usually don’t have leftover ribs. We will do pork shoulders from time to time for pulled pork. Unless we have a big crew around to help us eat it, we’ll bag that and freeze for later.

I call it “Pickle Pizza.” Poopa Jons stole the recipe I borrowed from a local pizza joint. Said pizza joint calls it cheeseburger pizza. Which is probably more accurate but I will continue to call it pickle pizza.

We’ve had nothing but rain for several days … and they are saying up in the 50’s tomorrow … how odd. Might be the first green Christmas down here in a long time

Lunch!!! Not much meat left on these lovely bones … but oh my it was tasty. Tonight we are going to make French dip sammies with the rest of the leftover Prime rib. Can’t wait
