I think the fact that we censor the name of that site might give you an indication of what we might think about it…
There’s a difference between design and stock art, if the piece you posted here is an indication of your work. Most professional designers avoid that site like the plague, but might find value in stock art on a stock art platform.

Contest sites like the one you mentioned have contributed to the degradation of the graphic design profession. Read the GDF position on crowdsourcing sites for my and many others’ views on them.
Leaving those concerns aside, what you offer is interesting and could be useful. However, repeating pattern creators aren’t something that many crowdsourcing customers would search for. They might be interested if they ran across what you’re offering serendipitously, but I doubt it would occur to many people to search for repeating patterns.
In instances like yours, you can’t assume people will find what you sell. Instead, you need to find ways to promote what you’re offering to potential customers.

I thought about that, too. Other designers might be the logical buyers of this kind of thing. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, though, that he’s not here solely to advertise. I think your suggestion about putting the patterns on stock art sites might bring in some money here and there, depending on how many different patterns were offered. The artwork in the patterns would need to be original, of course.

nah tbh im just dumb so far ive only made stupid decision i really needed some advice
tbh i tried smth like that but i didnt know what to do many websites asked to many forms of verification and tbh thhey seemed scetchy plus ima just make art for fun i have my architecture school to look forward anyway i just wanted a bit of money during the summer before i went to school
