I feel like I should know this. Ugh. The ampersand is what throws me. It is very Helvetica Condensed looking. Here is hoping that @RedKittieKat will save me!

It’s a little hard to see fine details. Could it be Zurich Std Bold Condensed?
I know. that is the quality I have to work with for the font. Sigh. Zurich is close. It is an oddball.

I think it is not exactly that.
I would doubt that the ampersand comes from the same font as “western.” Also, l”western” looks like it was compressed in software — at least to my eye.
