Yes!! In fact tonight Iâm making homemade Pizza. The dough is proofing as we speak
Our favorite pizza bakery closed after 109 years in business. It was the classic âSchool Pizzaâ that we all grew up with here (cuz I think they supplied all the schools at the time.) Weâd occasionally by a sheet (16 squares) from the bakery.
Anyway, last weekend I think I finally cracked the code on the flavor. Generic Ragu pizza sauce, coated thin, and orange and white cheddar. Not mozerella.
Thatâs exactly what I use! 
I love my homemade pizza. I make it on a cookie sheet and add whatever we have around. Tonight will be onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and black olives Love crumbled sausage on it as well, but we are out 
We will make home made pizza from time to time. Last summer, we bought an Ooni pizza oven. Thatâs been a lot of fun to use.
