I am on an older Mac mini OS 10.13.6 and looking for sources for CorelDraw Graphics Suite 2019 or any version that will run on this OS.

Have you checked eBay? There are often old software licenses listed there.

Most replies have been to check Ebay and Buyer Beware.
There are two listed on eBay right now.
Buyer Beware.
No one here will give you a link to pirated resources (though eBay can be dodgey too)

Stay away from pirated software unless you want to infect your computer with some nasty malware, such as ransomware.

I don’t know.
You can ask Adobe for a CS copy if you have a license I think they can oblige in some cases.
