That floor has seen some better days … yikes. But, hey … fresh fruit! 
I like the pillow covering up the hole in the wall.
Is that a hanging plant near the light, or is there a hole in the roof?
Years ago I was shown a house with a hole in the roof. Right under it was a hole in the floor, and in the cellar underneath the floor was a bathroom with both sink and toilet exploded into pieces and gosh knows what all over the walls and floor.
That was when I started using Buyer’s Agents. LOL.
