Any suggestions on some of the best and cheap universities in UK, actually specifically in London.

There aren’t any. Everything about London is expensive.
If you did happen to find something cheap, chances are, it isn’t worth going to. In addition, no matter which university you go to, just living in London sucks money out of your pocket. Definitely worth the experience, but it definitely doesn’t come cheap.
