I mean you know finland and its similar countries have high welfare.Therefore they wanna collect and create brain team of any discipline across the world to investigate to establish and market brands from their country.So is there any foundation to discover and collect these talented people from all over the world.I wish i could’ve told:)

From a general perspective, Finland does have a strong design culture, with institutions like Aalto University and events like Helsinki Design Week playing a role in nurturing talent.
But a specific “brain team” for branding and marketing talents worldwide? That’s not something I’m aware of.
I refer to talent discovering fields or events in finland or similar countries when i say inclusiveness.I just want some foundation names that collabrate and discover you.It’s obvious.Probably you have been worked in these countries,you’re like related with.I already know finland has no important past or accumulation about design.I would like to bring a new design perception to these countries and make these countries capital of design
