Newest version of CC AI seems to have dropped baseline shift on the character panel?
Click the 3 lines in the top right corner - the sub menu - select Show Options.

Don’t worry about it - I had somone try to say the text they requested was added. I shared screens with them, the text was added, they just didn’t read it properly… ha ha.
