Kinda got this song stuck in my bald dome. Christian metal siren Lacey Sturm formerly of Fly Leaf. Her solo current solo work is incredible.

If you’re of a certain age, you might know some of the Lightning Seeds songs such as Pure or Life of Reilly. Check out some of their slightly later work. Seriously solid stuff, and it still sounds great today.

I’m not necessarily a huge blues rock fan, but the marriage of Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks is really something special . . . not to mention the cache of talented musicians that make up the Tedeschi Trucks Band. This video is 17 minutes of awesomeness. It’s worth listening to and watching without distraction.
