I read on Facebook that Adobe is apparently giving a 2-month credit to already-existing Creative Cloud subscribers who try to cancel their subscriptions online through Adobe’s website (video below). I checked this out on Adobe’s website, and Adobe does throw this offer up when I clicked through the cancellation pages.
However, the Facebook post said if you call them at 1-800-833-6687 to request a 3-month credit, they will give it to you.
I was skeptical of calling numbers found on Facebook, but called anyway and left my number. A third-party call center called me back about an hour later, which made me even more skeptical, but all they asked for was my email address to verify my account. Still skeptical, after I received an email confirmation of the 3-month credit, I checked my Creative Cloud account on Adobe’s website, and it does now list that I’m paid up for the next 3 months.
