I like the idea of a plant reading a book, and using leaves for the hands is cute. That said, the execution of the idea is lacking. I’d spend some more time on that and see if you can come up with a better looking plant/face and book.
While I like the concept of a plant reading a book for the illustration, the type is pretty rough in terms of font selection, letter spacing (it’s best not to space out lower case letters), and word spacing. The size of the type and position of the type in relation to the illustration also needs work.
