This redo has received lots of criticism throughout the internet over the last several days, but I’m sort of liking it. I’m not loving it, but I think it will grow on me.
It’s, more or less, just an updated version of their old logo, which I’ve never really liked nor disliked for the simple reason that it was so generic and bland that I never really thought about it.

Looks like a new app logo. I’m with you B - I’m not sure I’ve ever cared to really notice the original branding.
