2A and 2B satisfy the practicality requirements. Any humanly actions necessitate a minimum length of arms.
Just replace the heads with those of 1A or 3A.

I think the 3’s might be the best from a technical standpoint - the face is expressive but simple, so it’d be easy to animate different expressions without altering the character itself, though Eriskay’s point about the arms stands - you’ll be limited by tiny arms, so the 2’s have an edge in that department.
Aside from that I think it’s a style preference, and which one will fit the feel of the content it’s hosting best.
