I went to Art Institute of Boston for Illustration and Fine Arts (no I didn’t need to draw a turtle or pirate to get in) then State Academy of Visual Arts in Stuttgart. Started by loving Boris Valejo.

I work as a printer now and do freelance design. I haven’t really touched illustration in years.
