I’m Azeem, and I’m excited to introduce myself as a passionate graphic designer making a career transition from veterinary medicine.
For the past 7 years, graphic design has been my creative outlet and professional aspiration, alongside my veterinary practice. While pursuing veterinary medicine, I dedicated my free time to mastering graphic design through online resources and courses.
I’ve completed the Adobe Photoshop Mastery by Aron Nace and a rigorous 6-month Full Stack Graphic Design course from Ehunar, both of which have equipped me with a solid foundation in design principles and technical skills.
In addition to these paid courses, I’ve extensively utilized free resources on YouTube to expand my knowledge in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe XD. My journey in graphic design has been marked by a commitment to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
My strengths lie in creating impactful designs that blend aesthetic appeal with functionality. Whether it’s crafting visually engaging illustrations, designing user-friendly interfaces, or developing cohesive branding strategies, I strive to deliver compelling visual solutions.
I am eager to apply my skills and passion for design to new challenges and opportunities in the field. Let’s connect to explore collaborations and discuss how I can contribute to your projects.
You can reach out to me here or via Email (removed by mod) Looking forward to connecting with fellow designers and enthusiasts!
I want to transfer to veterinary practice. When I was a kid, I had an uncle with a farm and I have watched a load if videos on bovine gestation periods and porcine tuberculosis. Let’s connect, so I can collaborate in your practice.
When you became a vet, we’re you qualified once you’d completed a six-month online course and watched some YouTube videos?
I’m not trying to be a smart-arse here, but, you see where I’m going … ?
Stick around though; most people are not as acerbic as me; and you will get a lot of honest – even if brutally so – help and advice.
Did you complete your vet degree and you’re working as a DVM? If so, you’re thinking of giving that up (I know how much DVM degrees cost) to pursue a career field that is high on supply and low on demand? Please seek out a qualified, professional career counselor and really think this one through.
Hey, I need someone with your house cleaning interests since they’re a challenge for me. Would you be willing to commute once or twice a week from Toronto to Salt Lake City?
The OP is going to think Graphic Designers are very rude people.
They are making a career transition.
I hope it’s not because they burnt out as a veterinarian, but I am seeing a lot about that in the media these days.
While the course list isn’t exactly university, it is better than a lot who come on here.
Though I doubt collaboration is in the future here.
