Portfolio website review

I have a Wordpress-made portfolio website where I hold my graphic design projects.

Could anyone give me advice on how to make it more good-looking and accessible?

It does need work. Overall, it feels very generic. Since you are not selling yourself as a web designer, I would not have a problem with you using a high-quality WordPress theme. Aside from that, I think you’re looking at a redesign. There are no tweaks that would turn the existing site into a great site. One other note: you need a new photo on your about me page. The current photo says that you couldn’t be bothered to take a nice head shot so you just grabbed a cell phone pic of you at brunch with some friends. This does not lend a professional image.

It actually says that? I wouldn’t be bothered to even look at the portfolio if I read that. I can’t be bothered with people who don’t bother to do the job right.

Well, in that case, I’m gonna replace the “about me” photo right now. But the complete redesign of the website will happen as soon as I upgrade the motion reel. I think this is the best for my personal brand.
