Why on earth does a graphic designer need Aleve.
I’ll give you back and muscle pain. Do an onsite install. Just once.
I have a feeling a fairly young designer came up with this
You know, it’s an inside joke with designers that clients always want their logos bigger, but in 40 years of working with clients, I have no memory of that happening. Apparently, I don’t fit the mould since I don’t wear a black hat or have both arms covered in sleeve tattoos either.
It’s been a while since I’ve had a request to make the logo bigger, but it used to be a fairly common ask. I don’t have any tattoos, but there is a fair amount of black in my wardrobe.
I don’t know about the make the logo bigger, but instead I have had on occasion the dreaded “Can’t we fill all that “blank” space with something?” on print pieces. Thankfully it’s been probably 10+ years since I’ve heard that.
The client that I had who always wanted the logo bigger also failed to see the value in white space.
I feel like sometimes I should put a note in the white space that reads “This area is intentionally blank”.
Okay, I had to reverse image search to find out who that was.
It just cracked me up because I’m already hearing that song. And I used to kind of like it … now it drives bonkers
