They are icons. Acceptably competent. Seen them a thousand times before. There is not an awful lot to say about them, without getting into nitpicking.
It all depends what stage of the game you are at.
If you are young and just learning how to use illustrator: good job, stick at it.
If you are alacritous, unqualified designer, hoping to become a freelancer: get an education.
If you are an aspiring illustrator: post some work that is critiquable.
If you are a professional des… of course you’re not.
