At Lumen we believe that true transformation comes from within. No imposed change, but a movement that starts with the people themselves. Lumen helps organizations to activate the untapped potential of their teams. By really listening, creating together and making the right skills visible and usable. This creates agile, committed teams that tackle complex issues with confidence. Real development comes from within.
Through a better balance in divergence and convergence, by sometimes slowing down and sometimes speeding up. Not by working harder, but by working together better. Ensuring that goals are achieved and that changes are successful. With an approach that works.
Lumen is the bridge between ambition and realization. No long processes full of theory, but steps that you take together with your team. Support, energy and connection. This way it becomes something for everyone.
Lumen is not something you implement, it is something you develop – together
I don’t know the circumstances or who wrote it, but the brief is inadequate. Instead, it’s a vague philosophical vision of the company. which might be a component in a brief, but not the entire brief for a logo. A brief should outline the project’s essential aspects, not simply recite the company’s inspirational vision.
A lumen is a unit of luminosity (light). Inferring from the “brief,” the company is involved in improving how teams work. The logo doesn’t seem to capture the quintessence of either luminosity or teamwork. For that matter, at least to me, it resembles a lone person.
