Gorgeous!
Thanks
We have something like this in Toronto, but you have to drive down the highway to see it. Not quite the same is it?
You’re welcome to that. I’m really not a fan of snow.
I remember going to see my oldest friend who now lives in Manhattan and we took a Greyhound up to Albany to see Rush. It was their first concert in a few years, so they picked a fairly obscure arena to play.
Anyway, It was that weekend in those parts where the trees are at their zenith. I’ve never seen such an amazing show – actually, the trees or the gig. I imagine, as Toronto isn’t that far away (well, relatively speaking), you get something fairly similar.
It doesn’t last long, but it is absolutely amazing. I’ll never forget how intense it was.
Went for a walk in the local park yesterday and saw this;
The Goose and the Common is a 17th century protest song against English enclosures.
All the more fitting there too, given you have the goose fair.
Indeed ^^
My backyard this morning. Not the greatest wildlife shot, but the subject wasn’t in the mood to pose for me.
Must have been having breakfast … licking his chops
What a great pic!
I thought that was funny, so that’s why I included the tighter crop on his face. Not sure what he would have been eating. The only thing where he was standing was grass and fallen oak leaves.
Our property is on the daily route of several families, and believe me, they’ll try to eat anything.
They love acorns
My digital neck of the woods today:
Forum dead today. I was sure looking for some entertainment this afternoon. What a looooooong day.
Quiet, yes, I thought it was election fatigue.
Holy cow, that Hollywood Cleaners sign is fantastic!
It’s the back half of November, the sun is shining, and all the windows are open. If it wasn’t for a 3:00 zoom, I’d play hooky and go for a bike ride.
