Woah, that’s a definite accident waiting to happen. 
I think I’ve mentioned this before, but this reminds me of an avid hunter I used to work with. He thought it would be cool to wrap his new pickup truck in a camouflage pattern. A few weeks later, a guy plowed into him at an intersection.
It turned into a legal mess when the insurance company refused to pay for it by claiming that he had intentionally modified his truck to make it difficult to see.

So I had to go look up those skulls. You can get charcoal, or you can get ceramic ones you can re-use. Had a laugh, the site they were on was called thisiswhyimbroke .com
